Feryal El Moghraby is a regional consultant and international trainer with over 15 years of experience in the fields of peacebuilding, gender equality, and social development. She holds master’s degrees in International Relations and NGO Management from Paris, and a bachelor’s degree in Political and Administrative Sciences.
Feryal has worked extensively across the MENA region, including Lebanon, Tunisia, Libya, Iraq, and Jordan, supporting civil society organizations in building inclusive and sustainable programs for women, youth, and marginalized communities. Her focus has been on promoting women’s leadership, facilitating dialogue and conflict resolution, and strengthening the capacities of local actors through training, coaching, and policy development.
As Director of an NGO in Lebanon and a consultant to regional and international institutions, she has led initiatives that support social cohesion, advocate for human rights, and create economic opportunities through entrepreneurship and vocational training. Her experience also includes designing and implementing MEAL systems that promote learning and accountability.
By joining the MWMN, Feryal hopes to amplify women’s voices in mediation processes, share knowledge and best practices, and collaborate with fellow mediators to advance peace and gender justice across the Mediterranean.
