Constanza Metzadour is a mediator and expert in peacebuilding, migration, and narrative change, with extensive experience in community mediation, gender justice, and intercultural dialogue. She has been a Certified Community Mediator in Argentina since 2017, working to resolve disputes through dialogue and fostering social cohesion.
Her passion for mediation and peace processes led her to pursue a Master’s in Peace and Conflict Management at the University of Haifa, where she specialized in conflict resolution, transitional justice, and gender perspectives in peacebuilding. As part of her studies, she completed an internship at the Tribunal for Gender Crimes, deepening her understanding of justice mechanisms for survivors of gender-based violence.
Currently based in Italy, she works on migration, women’s empowerment, and narrative change through various projects. She has also served as a trainer in cultural mediation at Enaip Torino, equipping professionals with the skills to navigate intercultural conflicts and promote social inclusion. Her work focuses on fostering spaces for dialogue, advocating for the rights of marginalized communities, and building bridges between diverse social actors.
As a member of the Mediterranean Women Mediators Network, she aims to contribute her expertise in gender-sensitive mediation, migration-related conflicts, and participatory peace processes, reinforcing the role of women as key actors in conflict resolution.
