Milica Midžović is a legal expert specializing in labor law, social security, and human rights, with practical experience in mediation and conflict resolution.

She is a PhD candidate at the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade, and works as a Teaching Assistant at the Faculty of Law, University of Priština (Kosovska Mitrovica), where she teaches courses related to labor law and human rights.

She serves as Secretary of the Department of Public Law, is a member of the Gender Equality Committee, and a certified mediator at the Republic Agency for Peaceful Settlement of Labor Disputes in Serbia.

Milica has completed mediation and social dialogue training programs with the International Labour Organization (ILO), GIZ, and the Academy for Social Dialogue in Turin (ITC-ILO). She has participated in international education programs such as the Labor Law Academy, the OSCE’s Academy of Dialogue for Young Women, and the MELE Workshop at the Europa Institute.

Her professional focus includes individual and collective labor disputes, gender equality, and the intersection of labor rights with broader human rights frameworks. She has contributed to OSCE projects, published academic articles, and presented at numerous international conferences.

As a member of the Mediterranean Women Mediators Network, she aims to contribute her expertise in labor law and social justice to peacebuilding efforts in the region. She believes in the power of inclusive mediation to foster dialogue and sustainable peace.
