Nita Zogiani is a Kosovar peacebuilder, mediator, and development practitioner with a decade of experience working in civil society organizations in Kosovo and the international development sector. Her work has focused on gender equality, youth empowerment, social justice, and inclusive governance.

Nita joined the Mediterranean Women Mediators Network to contribute her lived experience from the Kosovo-Serbia context and to engage in peer learning and cross border solidarity with women mediators from across the region. Certified through OCNI Northern Ireland, she brings expertise in mediation, dialogue facilitation, negotiation, and active listening.

She has served as a facilitator with the OSCE’s Dialogue Academy and other initiatives connecting young women from Kosovo and Serbia in efforts toward reconciliation and peacebuilding. Nita is deeply committed to locally led mediation and believes in the transformative power of women’s leadership in peace processes. She is fluent in English, and speaks Albanian as her native language.
