Noa Shusterman Dvir is a Senior Researcher at MIND Israel, a strategic advising non profit dedicated to promote Israel’s national security. She is the Director of the Palestinians and the Region research program.
Previously, she was a researcher on the Palestinian arena at the Institute for National Security Studies in Israel, and the Coordinator of the Israeli Palestinian Relations Research Program. Prior, she was a Research and Communications Fellow at Israel Policy Forum, a NY based think-tank.
Noa holds a Master’s degree from New York University in International Relations, with a concentration on the Middle East, and was a Fulbright scholar.
She has a Bachelor’s in Political Science, Philosophy and Economics (PPE) from the Hebrew University.
For two decades, Noa has been active in people-to-people initiatives, bringing together Israelis and Palestinians for dialogue. As her career progressed and she gained prominence, she started participating in track 2 dialogues with counterparts from across the Middle East, searching for understandings and a joint path forward. She is committed to find relief and prosperity for both Israelis and Palestinians through the lens of regional stability and security, and believes the MWMN is an important conduit for positive dialogue.
